“But he who endures to the End shall be saved”
Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.
Next, Jesus tells us about a time of great tribulations.Tribulation means trouble, and lots of it.The Bible teaches us that this tribulation will last for seven years.
At the end of this, Jesus will return to the earth to wipe out the enemies of God and rule and reign for a thousand years of peace. The good news is that those of us who have made Jesus their saviour will not have to suffer during the tribulation.
When we read Matthew 24:15, we can thankful to God that we do not have to go through all this though times. In verses 30 & 31 we see that Jesus will come back to the earth at the end of this age with power and glory. We will be able to come with Him to rule and reign with Him.
Beloved in Christ, let us live like we are leaving. What will it be like here during the tribulation? God help us live for Him.
