The Door is opened that all may go in. However, God is looking for men that will point others to the Way that leads the Door through a lifestyle that evidences the Truth that lies beyond the Door.

Our Lord Jesus said, “No one can come to me unless the Father draws him.” Truly so, He referred to the disciples as men given to Him by the Father. Unto them the ministry of reconciliation, the sod of which was cut on the Cross, and the foundation laid on Christ, was given. As the Messianic prayer was made for them, those who will come to believe in Him through their words were not left out.

One specific request in this prayer is “Sanctify them by Your Truth. Your Word is Truth!(John 17:17). One cannot but ask here if we, today’s disciples, are living as sanctified ones? Are we living as ones being renewed by the Word of God, so as to allow men to ask us: “what shall we do to be saved?” Listen, friend, Jesus revealed the greatest secret of ministry in these words:

“For their sake I sanctify Myself, that they also may be sanctified by the truth”, (John 17:19).

We are able to fulfill the ministry of the reconciliation that God has entrusted to not only the pastors, the prophets, and the bishops… but to all who believe in Jesus as the Christ only as we live by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. (Matt 4:4)

The believer, who thus lives with the help of the Holy Spirit, witnesses to
             1. The WAY that leads to the Door,
             2. The TRUTH that lies beyond the Door, and
             3. The LIFE that Door leads to.
