Tottenham Hotspur managed to beat Dortmund on by a lone goal at the Signal Iduna Park on Tuesday, march 5, to qualify for the Uefa Champions League quarter final stage.
After beating the German side in the first leg 3-0 at the Wembley Stadium in England , the second leg looked somewhat a mere formality for the North London side.
A 48th minute goal from striker Harry Kane at the Signal Iduna Park further plunged the home side into hot waters and out of the UCL.
Having kept clean sheets in both legs, Tottenham Hotspur are the first English side to qualify to the quarter finals of the Uefa Champions League(2018/19) with a 4-0 aggregate score against Dortmund.
