Afro-pop and high life musician, Kwami Eugene has said that every song he featured on in the year 2018 was a hit. He said it was by the grace of God that all the songs he featured on gained massive air plays across the nation.
The ‘Walaahi’ hit maker said it was by the grace of God because every artist that came to him for collaboration now has hit songs to their name.
I featured on a couple of songs and all were hits. I collaborated with Adina, DJ Vyrusky, Tic, Strongman, just to mention a few and they were all hit songs.
I wrote and co-produced MzVee’s ‘Come and See My Moda’, Adina’s ‘Killing Me Softly’, I wrote and produced Tic’s ‘Kwani Kwani, and a whole lot more.
It just gives me joy that these songs are doing well in the music space and I can say to myself that I did a good job.
Kwami Eugene can have something to shout about since most of the songs he featured on have been nominated for the 20th Edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards which will take place soon. DJ Vyrusky’s ‘Never Dey Carry Last’, Strongman’s ‘My Baby’, Tic’s ‘Kwani Kwani’ and Adina’s ‘My Baby’ have all been nominated in various categories for the upcoming Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
